These terms
By placing an order on this site you accept the terms set out below. They sit alongside the Shipping Policy, the Returns and Refunds page, the Warranty guide and the Privacy Policy, and where a page is more specific than this one, the specific page applies.
Who may order
Orders may be placed only by a person aged 18 or over. Age is declared at checkout and confirmed again on delivery, where the carrier may ask for photo identification and an adult signature. The full process is described in the Age Verification Policy.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order makes an offer; acceptance happens at the moment the parcel leaves our hands. Before that point we may decline or cancel, whether because an address will not verify, because the destination is restricted, or because age verification did not pass. Where we cancel before dispatch, the payment is released in full.
Pricing and tax
Prices are shown in US dollars. Pricing on this site may change between visits, and the price that applies to your order is the one displayed when the order is confirmed. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and is shown as a separate line before payment.
Shipping
Processing windows, transit times, rates and the destinations we serve are set out in the Shipping Policy and the Shipping Restrictions page. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and an adult signature may be required.
Returns and refunds
An unopened intimate item may be returned under the conditions on the Returns and Refunds page; an item that has been opened, unwrapped or used may not be returned for hygiene reasons. Where an item arrives damaged or faulty, the return shipping is covered and a refund or replacement follows. Refund timing is described on the same page.
Warranty and service
Powered items are sold with a written limited warranty against manufacturing defects, with the term stated on the product page and on the card in the box. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover wear, accidental damage or use above a stated rating. Claims are handled as described in the warranty guide.
Product information
Specifications are published in good faith and describe the item as supplied. Where a material description uses a general term such as body-safe or medical-grade silicone, it is a description of the surface and not a claim about a certificate or standard.
Limitation of liability
Where the law allows it, the most we owe on a claim tied to an order is the sum you paid for that order. Limits the law does not permit are not created here, and your statutory rights are untouched by this section.
Dispute resolution
If something has gone wrong, raise the dispute with the service desk first and give us a chance to put it right; almost every dispute is settled at that stage. The law that governs these terms, and the venue for a dispute that cannot be settled directly, must be confirmed by the operator before this store accepts live orders.
Privacy
How order data is collected and held is described in the Privacy Policy. It forms part of these terms.
Changes and the seller’s details
These terms may be updated; the version posted here at the time of your order is the version that applies. The seller’s legal entity, registered address, registration numbers and tax details must be supplied by the operator before this store accepts live orders.
