About SILKENNEST

SILKENNEST is an adult retail store built around a narrow promise: what you buy here should still be working, or fixable, long after the parcel is opened. The catalog holds four products in two groups, Warranty and Service, and every page is written from the service desk outward rather than from the marketing side inward.

A deliberately short catalog

Dozens of near-identical massagers would make a fault harder to trace and a spare part harder to find. Instead we keep one clear example of each form: a full-size wand, a massager whose head unscrews, a bullet whose shell opens, and a parts tray that keeps the other three running. Each product page carries the same four fields, material, power, waterproof and care, in the same order, so a comparison takes a minute rather than an afternoon of tab switching.

Warranty treated as a specification

Cover belongs on the specification table, not in a footnote. Powered items are sold with a written limited warranty against manufacturing defects, and the term for each item appears on its product page and on the card inside the box. The Warranty group explains what a typical cover includes, what it leaves out and how a claim is filed. The Service group is about parts and repair: replacement heads, seals, contact pins, and the order of checks that settles most faults before anything is shipped back to us.

Repairability, stated plainly

Three of the four products open with ordinary hands and no special tools. Heads release at a collar, caps unscrew at a thread, and seals lift out with a fingernail. That is a deliberate choice on our part: a part that can be replaced keeps a device out of a landfill and keeps you out of the checkout queue. Where something cannot safely be serviced at home, the product page says so instead of leaving it to guesswork, and the item goes to the bench rather than to a kitchen table.

What reaches your door

Every order leaves in a plain outer carton with no product name, no silhouette and no brand mark on the outside. The sender name on the carrier label is neutral, the billing descriptor is chosen not to identify the goods, and nothing promotional rides along inside. Order emails use subject lines that describe an order and nothing else. The full detail sits in the Discretion Policy, including the descriptor, which the operator confirms before this store accepts live orders.

Materials, described without decoration

Surfaces are described by what they are: body-safe silicone, coated metal, ABS, stainless steel. Where the phrase medical-grade silicone appears, it is used as a general description of a smooth, non-porous, platinum-cured surface and never as a claim about a particular certificate or standard. We do not hold out a certification we cannot show you and we repeat no health claims of any kind. Adults only, verified twice

SILKENNEST sells to adults aged 18 and over. Age is confirmed when the order is placed and again when it is delivered, where the carrier may ask for photo identification and an adult signature. Orders placed on behalf of a minor are canceled and refunded. Verification records are kept only as long as the age rule and warranty administration require.

What we will not publish

There are no invented reviews on this site, no awards, no count of units sold and no rating we did not receive. Where a number would need a source we do not have, the line stays out. Product photographs show the products themselves. If a detail is missing from a page, treat it as an omission still to be filled in rather than a hook.

The service desk is the front door

Questions about fit, materials, a slow charge or a claim all arrive in one place, and one person works through them in order. Have your order number and the batch code from the card in the box to hand; both shorten a claim considerably. The seller’s legal entity, registered address and any registration numbers must be supplied by the operator before this store accepts live orders.
