Shipping Restrictions
Where we ship
Orders are shipped inside the United States only. The contiguous forty-eight states are served directly. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories can be served by arrangement, with a longer transit time, and some remote addresses cannot receive an adult-signature parcel at all.
Age rules travel with the parcel
Every destination we serve is an 18-and-over destination, checked at checkout and again on delivery. Age verification does not change at a state line; it is the same requirement everywhere we ship.
Addresses we cannot deliver to
- Post office boxes, which cannot accept an adult-signature parcel.
- Parcel lockers, general delivery counters and unattended collection points.
- Freight forwarders, consolidation warehouses and export agents.
- Hotels, motels and short-stay rentals, unless the guest is named on the order and can sign.
- Addresses that cannot be matched to the billing details supplied with the order.
State and local limits
Some states and localities restrict the sale of intimate products or add record-keeping obligations on the seller. Where a destination is restricted for this range, the order is canceled before dispatch and refunded in full, and you are told why. The list of destinations that are open to this store must be confirmed by the operator before live orders are accepted.
No export, no resale
We do not ship outside the United States and we do not sell for resale. Orders that appear to be placed for onward distribution are canceled and refunded.
Cancellation after screening
If an address is screened out after payment has been authorized, the authorization is released rather than captured, so no money leaves your account. You will receive an email explaining which rule applied, and a person will read any reply.
